Although it's not a brilliant picture (I took it in the morning..), you may see the farm next to the H.M. Iviron.
Every H.M. should take care of itself, its monks and visitors, so farming, fishing, gathering etc. are everyday vital activities.
If you look closer at the forest next to H.Monastery, it is a it was the last centuries... Untouched!
